Banana e mezinhas




1.  Dry cough
Material: Banana, two; rock sugar, some.
Preparation: remove the skin of the banana, mix with the rock sugar (into powder), steam it over water for 20 ml..   
How to use: Eat the banana, 1 to 2 times a day, for several days.

2.  Cough with little fever
Material: Banana root, 120g; salt, some. 
Preparation: Grind the banana root into juice. Steam over water for 20 ml, mix with salt little bit.    
How to use: Drink the juice, 1 to 2 times a day, for several days.

3.  Gastric ulcer
Material: Banana, 200g; fish shell, 30g.
Preparation: Remove skin of banana, dry it, grind with the shell into powder.
How to use: Eat the powder, 3g, before every meal, repeat three times a day.

4.  Headache, easy to fall into angry, blurred vision.
Material: Banana skin, 30 to 60g.
Preparation: Wash to clean, add to water, cook as for a soup.
How to use: Drink as green tea every day.

5.  Cough with blood
Material: Banana skin, 30g; Chrysanthemum indicum (ye ju hua), 30g; rock sugar, 20g.
Preparation: Add into water, cook as for a soup.
How to use: Drink as green tea every day.

6.  Dizziness
Material: Banana, 200g, green tea, 0.5g; salt, 0.3g; honey, 25g.
Preparation: Mix all well, mix with 300 ml boiled water for 5 min.
How to use: Drink as tea every day.

Tontura
200g banana
  
Constipação, idosos
250g banana, 250g espinafre, 100g arroz
Juntar água ao espinafre e arroz, cozer como sopa. Juntar a banana e cozer mais 5 min. Comer 1 x dia por 3 dias.

Comer banana em jejum e ao deitar

Hemorroidal sangrento
Comer banana em jejum
    
Furunculose, quimadura (Tang shang)
Pasta de banana, aplicar directamente 2 x dia

Olho, agudo (jie mu yang)
Banana, aplicar 2 x dia
  
Dente, dor
Mergulhar uma banana em 10g de sal. Comer devagar.

Cozer como sopa uma casca de banana em 10g de açúcar e água. Beber 2 x dia.
