Limao




High blood pressure, sore throat and dry mouth
Material: Lemon, one; water chestnut, 10.
Preparation: Add into water to cook as for a soup.
How to use: Drink the soup, once a day. 

2. Cough with yellow phlegm
Material: Lemon, 100g; jie gen, 12g; Pang Da Hai, 10; Gan Cao, 9g.
Preparation: Add into water to cook as for a soup.
How to use: Drink the soup, once a day. 

3. Hot feelings in summer; dry mouth (Fire syndrome in stomach)
Material: Lemon, 150g, sugar cane, some; 
Preparation: Make juice from these two. Mix them well.
How to use: Drink from time to time.

4. Vomiting and low appetite during pregnancy
Material: Lemon, 500g
Preparation: Remove lemon skin and kernel; cut into small pieces. Add with 250g of white sugar. Keep for one day. Cook it until the juice dry.  
How to use: Eat the paste from time to time.

5. Summer beverage
Material: Lemon, 0.35g; cooking salt, 2g; whiter sugar, 100g. Vitamin B, 10 ml. Cooled boiled water, 1000ml.
Preparation: Mix all well. Save in refrigerator.   
How to use: Drink from time to time.
