Common cold
Material: cabbage root and green onion root.
How to use: wash the roots, chop into small pieces. Add them into water. Bring to boil for 30 to 60 min to collect totally 500 ml of water extract. Add little white sugar to drink it. Lie on bed and cover with covering. You will feel better after sweat.
(2). Common cold
Material: cabbage inside leaves, 250g; turnip, 60g.
How to use: add the material into water. Bring to boil for 30 to 60 min. Drink the soup after addition of little sugar and eat the vegetables, three times a day for several times.
(3). Cough
Material: cabbage roots, two; rock sugar, 30g.
How to use: chop the roots, add the root and the sugar into water. Bring it to boil for 30 to 60 min. Drink it three times a day.
(4). Frostbite
Material: cabbage.
How to use: add cabbage into water. Bring to boil for 30 to 60 min. Wash the frost skin with the water extract every night before going to bed.
(5). Bleeding from gastric tract
Material: cabbage.
How to use: press the cabbage to collect juice. Add little white sugar in it. Drink it every day, 30 ml each time. You can also drink it before each meal every day, 100 to 200 ml each time.
(6). Dry cough in fall and winter
Material: cabbage.
How to use: add cabbage into water. Cook as for regular soup. Drink the soup.
(7). Constipation, dry mouth
Material: cabbage (naturally dried one in winter) and rice.
How to use: add cabbage and rice in water. Bring to boil as for cook a soup. Eat the soup with additional of little sesame oil, twice a day.
(8). Dry mouth, nose, or lips
Material: cabbage, some amount.
How to use: chop cabbage into mud. Apply onto the affected skin.
