Vinagre




 Stick of fish bone in the throat
How to use: Drink vinegar slowly. It makes the bone softer. Then drink more warm water, then eat food.

(2). Acute mumps
How to use: Put gauze into vinegar. Take it out and apply onto the painful skin. Repeat several times a day.

(3). Heel pain
Material: Vinegar, 500 ml; a brick.
How to use: Bring the brick to hot (over oven, for instance). Spray the vinegar onto the brick. Wear sock and put your feel on the warm brick. Repeat three times a day.

(4). Skin itch
How to use: Smear vinegar on the skin.

(5). Skin itch (nervous dermatitis)
Material: Vinegar, some; chicken egg, two.
How to use: Put the egg in the vinegar. Keep for ten days. Take the egg out, break them, mix well. Smear the egg on to the skin, two to three times a day.

(6). Fungus infection (on fingers or toes)
Material: Vinegar, 500 ml; Baizhi (herb), 90g.
How to use: Add the Baizhi in the vinegar. Bring to boil for 30 min. Put affected fingers or toes in the vinegar, once in the morning and once in the evening, 30 min each time. Repeat for ten days. You may also put the finger in a vinegar in the similar way.

(7). Nose bleeding
How to use: Put a cotton in vinegar. Take it out, and apply into the nose.

(8). Toothache
Material: Vinegar, 60 ml; Chinese prickly ash peel, 15g.
How to use: Add the ash peel in the vinegar. Bring to boil for 10 min. Rinse mouth with the vinegar.

(9). Roundworm in gall bladder
Material: Vinegar, 60 ml; Chinese prickly ash peel, several grains.
How to use: Add the ash peel in the vinegar. Bring to boil for 10 min. Remove the ash peel, drink the vinegar. Or, you can simply drink the vinegar alone, after warm it little bit. If you feel it too sour, you can dilute it with water (1:1, v/v).

(9). Frost
How to use: Warm vinegar. Apply warm vinegar on to the frost skin. Repeat several times a day.

(10). Pinworm
How to use: Put a cotton in vinegar. Take it out, apply into anus. Keep overnight and take it out next morning. Repeat for three days.

(11). Bruise, burn or scald
How to use: If the skin is not broken, you can smear vinegar on the skin to reduce swelling and pain.

(12). Hiccup or burping
Material: Vinegar, 2 teaspoons; sugar, one teaspoon.
How to use: Mix the sugar in vinegar. Swallow slowly.

(13). Bite by mosquito or other insects (such bee)
How to use: Smear vinegar on the skin.

(14). Head lice, itch scalp, dandruff
How to use: Wash head hair with vinegar. For itch and dandruff, the vinegar can be diluted with water.

(15). Skin itch and pain due to sunburn
How to use: Smear vinegar on the skin.

(16). Clear open wounded skin
How to use: pour vinegar on the skin open to wash with cotton or other things similar.
(17). Reduce tiredness
How to use: Add vinegar into bath water. Have a bath with it.

(18). Axillary odor
Material: Lime, some; vinegar, equal amount.
How to use: Mix lime and vinegar to prepare paste. Smear the paste onto the arm pit affected.
